Account Deletion Notice

You can permanently delete your Vakee account anytime. Before proceeding, please note:

• All remaining in-app currency will be forfeited without refund
• This action cannot be undone - all profile data will be erased

Account Deletion Guide

Method 1: Self-Service Deletion (Recommended)

Complete in just 4 steps - takes effect after 72 hours

1. Launch & Navigate

• Open Vakee app → Go to [Settings] → Select "Delete Account"

2. Initiate Deletion

• Read important reminders → Tap "Delete Account"

3. Final Confirmation

• Choose: "Delete" (irreversible action)
• If you change your mind, choose "Cancel" (returns you to settings)

4. 72-hour Grace Period

• Deletion completes after 72 hours
• Logging in during this time stops the process

Method 2: Email Request

For users unable to access the app

1. Contact Support

• Email help@vakee.live with subject: "Account Deletion Request"
• Include in body:
  > Your in-app userID
  > Your registered phone number (if any)
  > Account creation date (if remembered)

2. Verification Process

• Our team will confirm your identity and delete your account and data (3-5 business days)
